- Dear All thank you for your really helpful posts and comments. I phoned the Co. Durham number but it turns out the border was called Pip and has been reunited with his family. Alfie is chipped but so far he has not been handed in. I really appreciate and am overwhelmed at all the help. Thank you. Anna
