Really happy he's been found & it was him I saw in the middle of the night! We can thank my territorial cat Caffrey really because he was making a fuss & I had to get up & see what was the matter. When I saw him I didn't know he was a lost dog, but remembered something on the Tameside Animal Shelter Facebook page... so he was found on my road this morning! Yeah!

Just spoke to Jean (Timmy's owner) he has had his toast and is now fast asleep on his magic carpet. He has lost quite a bit of weight, but thats to be expected, he will be having a bath when Jean's daughter gets home from work, then he will be off to the vets for chipping and neutering. Jean could not say thank you enough to everyone, she is truly amazed at what everyone has done for her and little Timmy, she was awake at 4am this morning worrying as its so cold, so she can have a good nights sleep now knowing Timmy is safe and warm. BIG thank you to all of you, welcome home gorgeous Timmy xxx Will post a reunited picture as soon as it comes through xxx

Maybe saw Timmy in Broadbottom 2am this morning? Gorsey Brow, Pingot Lane junction, at the corner of my block of houses. Smaller & lighter colour than my neighbour's Border Collie, something round his neck? Our cat wanted to go out, then sensed something & turned tail- I looked out & saw a loose dog- it looked at me then went round corner of the houses. Only later remembered seeing post on Facebook re Timmy.

Spoken to Bev (owners daughter). Owner is elderly and does not have internet access. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There have been several sightings of Timmy, one on the 26th running down Mottram Road, another lady saw him the same day near the Church, and the most recent one today, near Hyde Cemetery, Stockport Road.

Lainie thank you for your help with searching, putting the food down etc, I know you got full of mud today doing so :-)

Will start circulating Timmy's details - all crossed this lovely lad is home safe very soon xx

I have seen Timmy today around 11.45am near Hyde cemetery, couldn't get close enough. Me and a friend have been out searching for him. He still had a lead attached.xx

Had a reply back from Kenneth, Timmy is wearing a blue lead. Great that there are sightings. Have asked when is convenient to call and I will make contact and start circulating. All crossed little Timmy is home very soon x
