Hi I have contacted Martin Tideswell sentinel journalist and he will help get an article about Daisy and Flick (the other dog stolen in ST4) into the Sentinel. Please ring Newsdesk on 01782 864100 or email newsdesk@thesentinel.co.uk
trish7565
Hi if you like I can contact Tom Mullen and see if he can get him to do an article about Daisy in the Sentinel? Martin Tideswell another journalist at the Sentinel has RTd for Daisy on Twitter so maybe you could try emailing him too. He's a dog lover and may help. I've been tweeting for Daisy on Twitter and have had alot of retweets so the word is spreading far and wide. Had retweets off 2 of signal radios dj's and Jenny signals newsreader also 6towns radio retweeted to their 30k followers. If you need help with postering let me know.
LGdoglady
Hi all, thanks for all your support, Daisy is still missing :( I will speak to her owners to make sure posters are up everywhere etc. I believe they have contacted Signal 1 radio and I emailed the sentinel but no reply yet unfortunately. Really good idea to contact dust bin men and postman etc. we have been posting on Facebook several times a day and getting all friends and family to share so will keep going with that x
Gaynor
Is poor Daisy still missing? I have been through Trent Vale today but seen no posters?
charlie
Could you tell story of how daisy was taken on Facebook for public and beg for people to share her picture, someone recently did this got 135,000 shares and both her dogs back (too hot to handle)Last edited: 2014-01-26 20:45:55 by charlie

Have you contacted local radio? Also taxi firms, postmen, refuse collectors etc.....anyone who drives around the area and could look out for Daisy.
LGdoglady
Still no sign or word about Daisy, please, please keep sharing, posters up everywhere and all vets contacted, kids and family are devastated. Some people are so cruel, it's one thing stealing belongings but stealing the family dog is just heartbreaking. Thanks for all your support x
lesleyjane
I have sent details to my friend's daughter who lives in Stoke, hope you get Daisy back soon. Glad to see she's microchipped. x

You're very welcome will help you any way I can.His email is Tom.Mullen@thesentinel.co.uk
Let me know how you get on with him. I'll keep sharing and spreading the word. Hopefully someone somewhere will come forward with info. Keeping everything crossed that Daisy will soon be back with her family.
LGdoglady
Thanks very much for your support, will email sentinel now addressed to Tom Mullen, please please keep sharing peeps, let's get her home where she belongs
trish7565
The Sentinel is good idea. Tom Mullen the assistant news editor is usually v helpful at getting stories or letters printed. I've been tweeting for Daisy today and have had a good number of RTs which should help to spread the word about Daisy. If you need any help I'm only in Clayton so please let me know.
LGdoglady
Still no sign of her, family are absolutely devastated, it's awful, sentinal is a really good idea
Gaynor
Will the Sentinel be running a story on this? Given the circumstances I'm sure they would, and it might well bring some useful information forward and encourage someone to let you know where Daisy is.
Gaynor
This is awful. I'm just up the road from you in Penkhull so will be keeping a good look-out as I'm out and about a lot.
