Just a thought - was Stow Fair on around this time? I know it is on at the end of May. Fairford is also not too far from Burford/Witney - I'm sure its already been done but have the Blue Cross etc been notified? If not I can do and the Oxford dog wardens? Sorry if this has been done - what needs to be done? I pass near here to work so can poster, etc.
