I am so glad she is home where she belongs. It is sad that she wasn't handed in straight away, I know some people have good intentions, but it can cause heartbreak for others. I hope you can now grieve properly for your mum. ((Hugs))

So pleased she's back safe with her mum just where she should be I think you really need each other at this time after losing someone close. Stay safe mazie.

So pleased she is home.

Good to hear she's safe and home with her mum again.

Spoken to the owner and Mazie is home. It seems she was not very far away with a lady who wanted to keep her just because she fell in love with her. Mazie's mum went round to the house and appealed to her better nature and she handed her over. Mazie has been well looked after but so no harm done other than the anguish her mum suffered for the period of time she was missing. Last edited: 2014-02-05 14:21:04 by AlisonH

There is a piece in a local newspaper, Derby Telegraph which says Mazie has been found. Am sure you will want to have this confirmed before you make it official here.

I have just seen a post and shared it, the photo is very similar to Maizie and was found earlier today in Moorgate, Lancaster. I have contacted the finder, who I don't know personally for more information i.e. male or female. Will post more when I have a response. The little dog found looks like it's been out a while.

A lady knocked on owners door asking if she had lost a little white dog, owner said yes and lady said she is in my car, the lady went to get the dog from her car and then told owner she is not there and she just got in the car and drove off. Last edited: 2014-01-30 16:26:22
