- Thanks Lady Owl. Louisa has taken the dog to vets and chip confirms his name is Tyson, but no contact made with owner as yet although a message has been put through the address on the chip.
Tyson is now with The Lane Veterinary Clinic, Moston Lane (0161 682 2122).
I have contacted the vets to let them know he is listed on the animal warden's site. Also let the animal wardens know he has been found, but unfortunately passed from pillar to post and didn't get anywhere.

- Finder is looking after dog currently and taking dog to vets to check for chip. Will also let dog warden know. Advised to make contact with Manchester Dogs Home. Posters have been made to try and locate owner. Hoping to sort out a photo soon.
