- Try cooking some chicken, as the smell may te mpt him back. Also put some pilchards on his plate, and keep tapping it, and calling him at the same time. If p;ossible put something with his scent on, his blanket say or bedding, place in a box, and put it in tghe garden where it`s dry. Put somethning with your scent on too. Cats rely very much on scent. (I have two) Also take Doglosts advice, and put s mall "Lost" posters through as ma ny doora as you can. He is neutered so will nor mally have a smaller territory than a full tom. Keep us posted. Good luckx
