- Is this girl safe now? If she needs a rescue space please contact me lisa.samson1@btinternet.com.
If she has earmarks you can contact the gbgb and they will find last registered owner. Also if she is an ex racer she should be microchipped - 2014-02-01 07:38 GreyhoundRehoming
- Please add the tattoo letters and numbers from a Greyhounds ear(s) for any that are listed here on doglost. Then they can be passed to the RGT head office (and likely other Greyhound rehoming organisations) to check their databases to see if they have an owner registered against the dog. The dog can then quickly be reunited, or if it turns out the dog has been 'dumped' then arrangements can be made to get it into a rescue centre for rehoming again.
Some basic info on Greyhound earmarks can be found here: http://www.greyhoundhomer.co.uk/greyhoundearmarks.htm - 2014-01-31 12:11 Me N My Girl - Administrative Volunteer
