Really a long shot ...
I just googled 'lost dog Rocky M33' and it came up with a link to Animal Wardens but it's a dog lost in Sep 2012, so can't access to rule it out. It's a really long shot and says cross-breed, so may be totally unrelated.
I have e-mailed Animal Wardens and hope they will be kind enough to check.
The googled results were ... "Lost Dog. 17 Sep 2012, Cross Breed. Location: Sale M33 Name: Rocky Gender: Male Colour: tan. Markings: white socks. Size: Medium. Our Ref: 279047"
