Wendy Chandler Yes ive just retuned him personally after dog warden phoned me back with owners details THANKS Everyone for sharing hes home safe + sound now he only lived 1 street away from me but had been locked in a council compound all day until I made some calls + met the police there earlier to cut the locks to get him out !
