I have just seen a dog like this trotting down wigan rd golborne towards dover lock. I pulled alongside it with my hazards on to protect it from traffic and when there was a gap it went into the fields at the side of balmers farm halfway down wigan rd golborne. It didnt appear to be injured. It was just after midnight 29/3/14, As far as i know there are no german shepards reported missing in the wigan area at the moment, but it looked more like the dog missing from WA8 but it was a dark unlit road
