Sadly Forest Lodge do not give any further info, so unless the 'new owner' looks on here, we will never know. I hope he has a lovely home.

It might be worth ringing them again and asking them if they can check a photograph you can send them as a thought. I do really wish that this is your dog. Is your dog on doglost as missing by any chance? We may just be able to help you further if he is.

There is another photo of this staffy on their Facebook page, the black patch might be on his left ear? Looks like that photo is now on here now

Thank you Liz. Its just so frustrating. They always moan about over crowding especially with Staffs then I ask for one picture and they say no? I'm going to keep trying so they may as well just send me one now x

I would go in person but I work 70 hours a week and I live about 2 hours away I just want one more picture to make sure! its not asking a lot I just want to know where this Black is on him as soon as I know that id go but if he has a big black patch on him I know it isn't mine x

Please ensure that you notify your local Dog Warden and the local Police Station - in Scotland you MUST inform your local Police Station and if possible contact the Dog Warden also.
The found dog may have a Microchip or a Tattoo - please have the dog scanned and checked for a tattoo at a vet's so that owners may be contacted as soon as possible.
Please check on our Missing pages in case the Found dog has been registered as missing with us.
