So pleased to see Hooli has been found! You all put so much effort into finding him I'm really glad it paid off for you. Enjoy your cuddles, the relief must be immense. Best wishes from all here at Blackland. Last edited: 2014-03-01 08:32:50 by Jane Stephens

A quick check over at the vets, micro chipped as promise to tiga and Jenny. Soak in a warm bath and all snuggled up to no ill effects to his 4 day adventure on Ashdown forest. A massive thankyou to Jenny and tiga for their support. And to all our friends family and dog lost volunteers to searched high and low. Hooli and ernie re united again.

I went over again with Tiga to this newest sighting and Tiga was not interested and we subsequently learnt that the farm along the road had 4 beagles and 2 were always out especially the tan & white so we could only presume this was from the farm. It was also reported that the sighted beagle had no collar and Hooligan started with one. We then went back to the car park near where Hooligan first went missing to track from there only to get a call to say that a beagle had just been taken to a kennel, so we raced there some 14 miles away to see if it was Hooligan or the beagle from the farm. Happy to say it was clearly Hooligan still with collar on and who was soon in the owners car fast asleep with his best mate. Hooligan can now go into the blue.
Many thanks to the lovely lady who picked him up and called the dog warden after finding him cold and wet sheltering under a bush in Turners Hill.Last edited: 2014-02-28 16:15:02 by Jenny & Tiga k9tracker

Drove around near the reservoir and Blacklands farm today and then went for a walk near hindleap. Unfortunately didn't see Hooligan. Have told my partner who works at Gravetye manor who has told the gardeners and other members of staff to keep a look out as its less than 2 miles over fields from Blacklands.
