FANTASTIC NEWS!!! SAM HAS BEEN FOUND!

5 years ago One of our dogs escaped from his fosterer! Despite extensive advertising and searching we thought all hope was lost!! Last week we were contacted by another rescue whom had taken him in as a stray when he was found at 3am New Years day. We are absolutely thrilled to let you know that our 10 year old adventurer is getting lots of love and cuddles with his new fosters and has had several requests for adoption

It seems that this dog has recently been found straying again & is now with Wellidogs, below is their statement & I will contact the person who registered page to ask if they are happy for this page to be moved to reunited x

"Dear friends and supporters after extensive research we are now at liberty to tell you Sam's story, born in Middlesbrough for the first 2 years of his life was kept in a crate for 23 hours a day only being allowed out for 1 hour he was then sold on he was found in 2013 straying on a beach in Lancashire, He was taken on by a rescue in Manchester who found him a foster who unfortunately had to return him because her landlord sold the house he was then fostered in Northampton from where he escaped out of the front door in 2014 and until now nobody knows where he has been for nearly 5 years with great co-operation with the rescue we have managed to establish and confirm that he is the Sam that went missing this rescue have decided that they do not want to add any more stress to sam and have signed him over to wellidog for us to find him what it seems he has never had a stable loving home."

I posted on a Northampton facebook page and a lady commented: "I saw a man walk a dog like this at Kingsley front the other day can't comment on the site tho." I asked if there was any more info:"No sorry but it looks very much like this dog it was near the racecourse side".

I don't know area but it might be somewhere to poster if it hasn't been done already?? x
