The Cotswold Show is at Cirencester Park (Glos) on the 7th and 8th of July and there are many BACS gundog events on both days so lots of Springers will be there, so could be well worth a visit.

We had a Norfolk meeting and produced a Norfolk Gallery of missing dogs which we are not going to give up on and reported on steps we would like to see in the future. An Inspector visited and is going to suggest future improvements for reporting between police stations in Norfolk

Owner contacted me after seeing article in Evening news etc Please can we liven up Ben's publicity along with general Norfolk campaign. I am liaising over how to do that but can anyone local to this area put up posters aain whilst public is aware and awake and Police being livened up a bit? They are never giving up like Lottie we want him home please. M

FOUND . English Springer Spaniel A liver and white Springer Spaniel was found on the A415 road at Kingston Bagpuize on Sunday 17th September. He is an entire male and not docked. We think he is about 2 years old, but he could be older. He seems fit and well and is wearing a black leather collar. He has liver and white markings to his face but his body is predominantly white. He has a noticable dip to his back and has obviously been trained as he is sociable and sits when asked. We believe that he may have been stolen from someone at some point as he was seen to be dumped onto the side of the road by people in a blue people carrier. The police have been contacted and we will contact the local dog warden tomorrow to check if he has been micro-chipped. message left on www.lostyourpet.net x

there has been a springer found on the lost your pet site.He was dumped by someone in a people carrier.He was found at the side of the road near the a415 road at kingston bagpuize,longworth.I dont know if it could be ben but thought i would let you know just in case.

any news on ben? did he have any visible ID on him? i Live about a couple of miles further along the beach and regularly walk my dog so will keep an eye out for him. Lots of dog walkers here so will pass on details.

I have emailed Bens poster to Great Yarmouth and Norwich Council Dog Wardens, Meadowgreen Dog Rescue 01508 548216, The Dogs Trust, Norfolk and Suffolk Animal Trust 01493 843011, F.A.I.T.H Animal Rescue 01692 598312. His owner should contact these and Norwich and Mid norfolk RSPCA to check and to register him missing. I hope Ben is home soonx

Hope you find Ben real soon, I am a local Cab driver so I will keep an eye out as I am driving around for him. I have a 10 year old little girl Springer called Zusie, she drives me mad at times but it would break my heart if I lost her so I know how hard this must be for you. There was a photo in an ad in the local paper (Eastern Daily Press) on Wednesday. Looks to have more white than brown. Hope he is soon found.

Oh no, really wish I could help as thats where Im originally from but Im now down in Essex!. Get a message out on Radio Broadland - they normally do it soon after you have rung up. Poster in the Fishermans in particular as lots of "non" locals go in there. Also get posters to the farms in Somerton as I know thats where my springer used to head to (running after the phesants!). Good luck, Im sure you will hear some news soon as it is a village of dog lovers!
