Oh no, how heartbreaking. I am in tears here. I am so very sorry, and my thoughts are with the family at this terrible time. Taken much too soon, but run free at the bridge, beautiful little Basil, where my four springers will be waiting to play xxxx

Too young, too soon. So sorry. My thoughts are with Basil`s family. Nightie, night sweet cherub, sleep tight, and play with J who has also gone to the bridge. I was informed yesterday that a dog very similar to Basil had been involved in a fatal RTA. When I called his owners they had heard that a dog like him had been involved in an RTA but had been unable to find out where the dog had been taken to or whether indeed it definitely was Basil . I put his owners in touch with the person who had the deceased dog with them and it was confirmed late last night that very sadly it was Basil . Many thanks to the special lady who told us where Bazil was thus allowing Bazils owners to have closure and my thoughts are with them x

Hope puppy Basil is found safe very very soon... worried for this little one. He has no collar and it does not say if he is Microchipped.

Hope he is hiding in the peaceful crematorium... he will feel safe there.
Get posters up asap, they really do help and keep checking local kennels and dog warden. Good luck, and I wish I lived closer to help you look for him.
