- Thank you Abe babe. I guess I can understand the RSPCA being a bit reticent, I guess.

- I don't know anymore about him at the moment Allimac, the RSPCA were reluctant to say where he was. I thought at least by listing him here someone may come forward if they think they recognise him.
Personally I would like to see Welwyn Garden city postered. I wonder if anyone from there knows if the RSPCA have put out alerts to find his owners?... someone would surely have known him.
His original owners may have passed him on or lost him... ?? we can't assume they are responsible for his condition so I wouldn't want to put off anyone coming forward. - 2014-03-15 09:47 allimac
- does he have a rescue place? He looks so soulful and upset. :(

- RSPCA are still searching for Strally's owner. If anyone knows who used to own Strally please call.
Inpsector Ward should be contacted on above number (RSPCA Control) using collar number 12725 which will speed up the message getting through.Last edited: 2014-03-10 17:09:12 by Abe babe - 2014-03-10 06:44 Abe babe

- Starve him half to death then dump him with a pile of food? Not surprised they don't want anyone to catch up with them.
