And being spoilt rotten no doubt! He's obviously very much well loved by the whole family who have been searching tirelessly since he disappeared .

Between 6-8 miles I think, from a spot he doesn't know too well. Clever dog for making the way back all by himself, he's still pretty hungry at the mo :)

Brilliant news, welcome home Jack. How far from home was he lost? As for being covered in muck that will wash off, the smell may linger but at least he's safe. X

Several sightings have been seen of Jack over the last couple of days running scared in fields near the Dudsbury Pub. Jacks owner has been over this evening with Kath who knows the area well but no joy. Scenting item has been left where he has been seen returning to. He intends to be back there at first light.

Emailed admin to add alerts to BH21, BH22 & BH23 following possible sighting

There were several sightings at Turbury common yesterday but they ceased early afternoon, we spoke to several people who had seen him early on :(
It's BELEIVED he then went down the Ringwood road to the Bear Cross roundabout, straight on towards Longham and was seen entering Milhams nature reserve on the right of Ringwood road.
There has also been an unconfirmed as yet report of a lone dog seen at 8.30 last night in ten acres near the Dudsbury pub on Christchurch road that leads to parley cross . Am awaiting more info on this but is a definate possibility as not that far away

Jack slipped his collar this morning at 9.30 when out walking on Turbary Common so won't be wearing his collar and tag but is microchipped.
There were a few sightings throught the morning but he wasn't caught. Searchers have been scouring the area all day today.
There was a possible/probable sighting on the Ringwood road by Bearwood at at appx 2.30 this afternoon heading in the direction of Longham.
Have advised to poster well and call all vets ...warden already aware Last edited: 2014-03-13 07:28:49 by Gnasher - Area Co-ordinator, East Dorset
