- Small Black and Tan terrier found and picked up from Warrington town centre this afternoon, just outside Dunelm Mill. It was dodging traffic and very lucky that a police officer and member of staff were there at the time to catch it. It's very matted and dirty - seems it has been out for a while. Unsure if it's a boy or a girl as it was in a mess and too nervous too examine. It's currently safe in a kennel and will remain there until either an out of hours dog warden collects it tomorrow, if not the dog warden will collect it on Monday. Once collected it will go to Cheshire Dogs Home. It has not been scanned for a microchip yet. Any enquiries, please email rehoming@rspcawarrington.org.uk tomorrow and a member of staff will get back to you as soon as they can. If you believe this dog to be yours then please let us know, but we will need proof of ownership.
