Hi, still no news on bungle. Goun to cheshire dogs home this afternoon. Been laminating posters & putting them up in shoos, church comm centre, petrol ststion, library etc. Spoke to salford dog warden & the dog doesn't respind to bungle. He thinks the people that handed him in were the dogs owners, they're gettin a lot of that apparently. The dog is goin to leigh dogs home tomoz, they're gonna ring me ehen they're taking him so I can go & make sure its not him. X

Hi ebonia,I know how you all must feel,and my heart goes out to you all.Stay positive,ok.Put posters up where they have most impact,Post offices,Bus stops,Lamp posts at each end of the streets,Community centres,Parks/play fields at all entrances/exits,Police stations,Taxi firms ask help,fish/chip shops.Poster Toll Bar areas,and work back to where you live now.Laminate posters if poss,as they look/last longer,and dont cause litter(when they get wet)Keep busy,Stay positive,and Take care.I will keep looking and Good Luck xx

Thanks for the update ebonia, keep up the work and it will pay off. Just takes that one person to see a poster and make that phone call.
I have both kids home sick today so i'm stuck indoors but will take another walk up that area tomorrow if they are better and back in school. Hopefully Bungle will show himself today. x

Have searched all around the areas Bundle has been sighted,and Thatto/H Park,Grange Prk.Have spoken to the man who cleans around the park and streets,where Bundle is missing,he was really nice.Have to go out now,but will check on here later,for any updates.xx

No more sightings of bungle as of yet, but rang salford council regarding the stray shih tzu posted on the salford dogs fb page. Off to leigh dogs home later to check too x

Hi, some of the comments from lower down have only just showed up :-/ thanks everyone. No more recent sightings of Bungle, I did meet a couple of people who saw him running up elm rd on saturday, but he has been seen in Toll bar area since. The Area he seemed to be sticking to is where we used to live when bungle was younger. My mum & aunty still live there & bungle has been there to visit since we moved.
Im really worried now, it's been v cold & lots of main roads. I rang police soon as he went missing, my friend also works at st helens police station n works from thatto box sometimes. Shes back in work tomoz n gonna see what she can do. Also have local pcso's on the lookout too.
We have talked to a lot of people today, should have leaflets tomoz to hand out in edition to the posters already distributed & a visit to leigh dogs home if still nothing by tomorrow aft. X

P.s sry meant to say, thats not bungle on the leigh cats & dogs post. It looks like a dog a lady found in ormskirk, it was taken to leigh this morn xx

Hi, ive heard nothing since he was sighted on fidler st at 11.30 last night. been looking all day/ringing round/putting up more posters in shops and st johns church. friends and family have been out looking for him too. i have rang the council to ask if any dogs have been reported as being run over too, but luckily there has been nothing.i am going to visit leigh cats and dogs home tomorrow to check for myself and carry on looking til i hear anything else. x

Bungle was sighted again on fidler st in toll bar at 11.30pm ladt night. Taking my other dogs out now to walk round & see if we can find him. Checked rescues & vets & dog warden this morn. Git nothing from any of them, but left descriptions & contact details x

Info and advice now emailed. Explained the 7 day rule and also advised to contact AW's regularly and to visit any rescue's regularly that take in strays. Hope to see good news soon. x

I ventured down to Thatto Heath park this morning and had a look around, no signs when i was there (between 9.00-9.25)

Hi ebonia,is the person sure it was Carlow St?as that is quite a way from Thatto/Hth park.There is a Cairo St that seems to go down towards the park.I would think the railway will stop Bungle going out of that area,and he could possibly start back tracking,following his scent.Dog Lost can give you more advice about scenting.Also ring the police station,Thatto H/Rd,across from the park,and ask them to ring you first,if he is taken there.I searched for 4hrs yesterday,although no sign of Bungle,I spoke to a lot of people,in parks and streets,so dont despair.Do ask advice about scenting,and hope little Bundle home soon.xx

Hi i just wanted to let you know i saw bungle today at 12.30pm on whittle street just round the corner from the last sighting, i nearly stopped but two children were close by so assumed he belonged to them

I have found out this evening that Bungle was sighted heading along carlow street last night at 6.30pm. he was heading towards thatto heath park so god knows where he is now :-(
