- Other Info He is very friendly and trusting but gets very anxious in strange places. He was rescued only 6 weeks ago and is just getting to know us and love us. He was stolen by a young person wearing a tibetan style hat with ear flaps, black and white, pale white guy 20-30 years old.

Ebbie,this has been reported to the police & CCTV footage has been obtained of a young man ,pale complexion, 20-30 yrs old, stealing Troy, this person was wearing a black & white Tibetan style hat with ear flaps.
