It could have as well been stolen then dumped.
Has anyone tried phoning again?
Is that kennels where the dog lives?

Patlucky they said they have found a chip registered in Norfolk, they have left messages but not been able to speak to anyone, I thought that maybe they were on holiday here. I have been round the local kennels and nobody has been asking for him. It did not look like he wears a collar, the lane he was found on is a dead end with very boggy fields all round and he was not very dirty, so he could have been dumped :(

I cannot believe he has not been claimed .
I think he was micro chipped to address in Norfolk.
What happened when they phoned them.?

No owners have been found, he is such a lovely calm and gentle dog. The kennels said he will be going for re homing. Nobody has been round here looking for him.

I have just spoken to the kennels they have found a chip now, registered to Norfolk - they have left messages.

Dog warden has taken the dog to Tenford Kennels, no chip found, gentle friendly dog. It was not hungry and in good condition

The found dog may have a Microchip or a Tattoo - please have the dog scanned and checked for a tattoo at a vet's so that owners may be contacted as soon as possible.
