Thanks Animal lover, have checked and contacted owners, there is a possible match at Cheshire Dogs Home, they will be coming up at weekend to check so fingers crossed! Would be lovely if it was so will keep you posted!

Just spoken to family, they have contacted the right people (DW, AW, Council to check no RTA's and Dog Trust etc). I've gone through more things for them to do and will email info/advice a.s.a.p.

Charlie got out of the front garden unnoticed and was not wearing his collar which he normally has on but had just had a bath. He is 7-8 years old and never normally wanders off. He may have been picked up but not reported as found to the relevant people.

I've requested more photo/s and once got them will update the photo/s on here and start sharing. Will update the details now after speaking to family.

Dawn k9 the found you posted was followed up by the family and it was CHIPPED and reunited with owner. Thanks for posting and looking out for Charlie. x

• If your dog is microchipped please let the microchip company know that your dog is missing and check that all details are up to date.
• Owners targeted by a malicious hoaxer demanding money for the return of their dog should phone the police on 101 immediately and contact admin@doglost.co.uk
