How did puppy get on at the vets please?

Was just going to comment and cross-reference to the other puppy found in the same area ref 67252. Pretty obvious they should be together, despite one recorded as being found in LU5 and the other LU6.

Just to keep you updated both found pups have already gone into foster are, I would loved to have looked after them but, at least they are being well looked after which is the main thing for these babies x

Oh wow Raly - that's great news, I hope they allow you to look after them. SDK are the contractor so if you get no joy maybe ask the council? I'm sure it won't be a problem. Well done.

Have called dog wardens again this morning.. None avail at moment to help. But passed message on, the pups are not in holding kennels, we will look after both, these are lovely dogs and with the right start in life and we'll socialised will make someone lovely pets... I will keep you updated, we have already booked the vets for Monday just I case we can look after them xxxxx

I have spoken to the council and they have passed my details onto the holding kennels, where is the other one that was found in the same area?

That`s really kind of you Raly. I hope not oo Carol. I think there is treatment for bow legs in puppies/dogs. Perhaps owner will claim. Paws xd.

can I offer this little one a foster home until hopefully his owners come forward, or a good home is found for him... with good food gentle exercise his legs should improve, I am happy to cover vets fees to get him checked etc

Poor little puppy, I think this condition is treatable this with Physio and in extreme cases surgery, I hope he hasn't been abandoned xxx

Please ensure that you notify your local Dog Warden and the local Police Station - in Scotland you MUST inform your local Police Station and if possible contact the Dog Warden also.
The found dog may have a Microchip or a Tattoo - please have the dog scanned and checked for a tattoo at a vet's so that owners may be contacted as soon as possible.
