- I called the council on finding this dog so am glad to see it's been picked up. Just to add a bit more detail, he was actually tied by a lead to the bus stop opposite woodford county high school, and had a muzzle tied on with a bit of string, which he had managed to pull off. He also slipped the lead. I'm pleased he seems okay though, it was a very busy road he was running near.
