Just spoken to john the owner of Able there is an extremely similar dog at sangreatkennels kennels in North Lincs 01652 652453 he is driving at the moment but will call once stationary have sent a pic of the found dog .. Uncanny resemblance and really praying for John and his family it is him.. He's had 4 / 5 hoax calls in the past week he sounded rung out bless him ..:( have everything crossed it is a match :) x

GOTTA FONE CALL LAST NIGHT AT 12PM .. A LAD SAYIN HE HAD ABLE N IF WE COULD COME AND COLLECT HIM AS HE COULDNT KEEP HIM LONG .. CALLED WE TODAY I KNOCKED AT THE DOOR WERE ABLE WAS MEANT TO BE .. A FELLA ANSERED THW DOOR HE HAD SEEN POSTER BUT HE NEVER FONED OR HAD ABLE SOMEONE IS PISS TAKING .. I CANT BELIEVE THERES PEOPLE OUT RJERE WHO WOULD GO OUT OF THERE WAY TO LIE .. ALL WE WANT IS TO HAVE ABLE REUNITED WID HIS FAMILY I HAVNT STOPPED SINCE THE DAY HE OWNER FONED ME TO ASK ME HOW TO GO ABOUT GETTING HIM BK.. ITS EMOTIONALLY DRAINNING .. Just keep putting the posters up despite them being removed. If he is close it will make him too hot to handle. Why don't you try an emotional appeal to a local paper. They often do stories of missing/stolen dogs for free. Good luck. I do so hope he is home soon.

thanks patlucky .. ables owner is so upset by him gone .. his little feed n water bowl is still there waiting to be used one day hopefully its soon. . i poster all the time my car is covered in them. just need to keep spreading the word .. i would like. to tey also putting him in the courty weekly is it .. the echo is 50pound. for a pik and wriiting which is good but alot of money to get .. xx

Twenty plus years ago a 6 year old GSD was stolen from outside a shop.
The owners spent Christmas looking for him.
They never gave up and had a story in the paper months later.
Someone phoned to say the dog was next door to them.
When they went to the address as soon as the dog heard them he came running.
Never ever give up hope.
One year ago a chance chat to my vet receptionist.
The lady I told the story to was the lady on the phone .
How strange was that.
Please please do not give up someone has this dog.
Someone knows where this dog is.

What is the latest update of the pup in Hemel Hempstead did any one follow it Sarah it looked so much like him I do believe he is in this area and they are walking him when it is very quiet late at night or really early of a morning I keep going out different times this is so sad PLEASE WHO EVER HAS HIM GIVE HIM BACK IT IS HEARTBREAKING

Years ago someone lost a six year old GSD.
After hunting over Christmas nothing.
Six months later they put a story in paper.
A lady phoned to say the dog was next door to her.
Lovely story they got dog back.

If you see him, get out of the car lay on the floor and whimper. He will come over. Say his name very gently and he will stay , recognise your scent and whimper for his mum...good luck. I do hope you see him.

Able was registered with the Animal Wardens late last night it has still not fed through. Cannot see any FOUND on there either.

Family, friends and DL helpers have been searching in the area and are still out looking for him.

Info/advice was emailed last night with local places to try and things to do.

Because this dog could have only been in the new house about 4 weeks.
It sounds like it was stolen from someone close by.
Someone maybe known of or met and stroked the puppy.
Posters around the area is a must.
If someone sees a new puppy with someone and sees the poster.
Please do posters even knock at doors and ask to please look out for her.

• If your dog is microchipped please let the microchip company know that your dog is missing and check that all details are up to date.
• Owners targeted by a malicious hoaxer demanding money for the return of their dog should phone the police on 101 immediately and contact admin@doglost.co.uk
• A photograph of your dog is essential for the website. If you have not already uploaded one, please do so by clicking on Update details. Alternatively you can email it to admin@doglost.co.uk quoting the dog's DogLost ID number: (67411)
• Obtain a missing poster by clicking on View poster above. Posters are very important so start postering now!
• You will need to be logged in to upload photos, edit your dog's details, or add comments. You can add comments by clicking on Click here to add a comment.
