Owner has just texted me to say that the one Liverpool has been checked and sadly not her.

There was a recent sighting of a Westie running loose in POULTON, NR BLACKPOOL which is just a few miles from where missing. All the posters that the owner put up have been taken down.

A new one in at Leigh today (18th) - ref St Helens Area 02618 Does look to me like a black nose though rather than brown'ish but pls check.

• Owners targeted by a malicious hoaxer demanding money for the return of their dog should phone the police on 101 immediately and contact admin@doglost.co.uk
