I am so sorry that both these lovely dogs have been taken. I can hardly begin to imagine the anguish this has caused their parents. It is frightening when this happens almost on your doorstep. I have been more watchful than ever of mine since reading this last week but it still didnt stop my friend's dog escaping from her garden in dalton and luckily the thief was not in that area at that moment. Prayers for these two, that they may be found safe and well. My heart goes out to their family. Marie x

I hope you get your 2 lovely dogs back soon , please poster everywhere and every thing, pet shops and vets especially as at some point people have to get food and things for these dogs, ask people, do flyers> Rex in Wales was found astreet or two away after they stole him. Owner had walked past him everday, sometimes they are a lot closer than you think. Chrisx

As Britt & Bert?s owners, we would just like to thank you all for your help/support in this traumatic time. It is difficult to put our thoughts into words at present as you can imagine, but it is comforting to know that you are all there for us. We hope & pray that very soon both Britt & Bert will be back home where they belong.

Have printed both photos and will display in knaresborough/harrogate area. We also live in Boroughbridge, hope they are soon found, you must both be devestated

Aw what a little sweetheart. You're right Tori, it does make you smile just looking at the pic. Sad as well though that some horrible heartless git could steal him. I hope this adorable little guy is home safe very soon xxx

What a really cute and appealing little character Bert is, makes you want to smile just looing at his photo. Might be worth contacting Jack Russell resuces and sending his picture and asking local vets if they would be willing to put up a poster. Hope he is safely home with his family very soonxxxx
