- I am not sure that anyone is following this website? Could you contact the owners another way?

- I wonder - has there has been any news following the advert in the local paper?

- An advert offering a generous reward to help find this dog has been placed in the local paper. Let us hope that it brings some news of his whereabouts.

- I have been out again this afternoon, walking my dog over Herbert Plantation (between Burghclere and Newtown) and we saw nothing. I then drove over the whole area from Burghclere through Adbury (on the little roads) past Sydmonton Common and up through Bishop's Green. Nothing! Is anyone else looking for this dog? If so, it would be sensible to combine our efforts and communicate through this site. This is a very rural area, with so many places that a dog can hide out. One person really cannot cover it. Where are Oscar's family looking?

- I have just returned from walking my dog in the area of Bishop's Green and Sydmonton Common, which is between Bishop's Green and Adbury. We saw a pheasant, a squirrel and an unaccompanied white and tan large cat or small dog (didn't get a good look as it was poking around in the undergrowth). No sight of Oscar, but as it was pouring with rain, I would expect a dog with any sense to be sheltering somewhere. I walked around the roads in Bishop's Green, past the Village Hall etc. and saw absolutely no posters. As I am working tomorrow and Friday, I will not be able to go back and put up posters until the weekend at the earliest. Where exactly was Oscar sighted? The area is semi-rural and there are many wooded areas. So many places that a dog could be holed up. It is like looking for a needle in a haystack. Any info would help.

- There is a Black Lab Kennel Name Griff in Bath Cats & Dogs Home. He is new in and still being assessed. Got to be worth a look. If someone has picked up Oscar they could well have travelled that way and left him. Do you have any photo's of Oscar - that would be a great help in our search for him.
