Update: got back on the phone to St Albans Council this morning trying to confirm again, I asked was it Champ, they said the dog was Reunited with a local owner, didn't tell me anything else, so therefore it obviously couldn't of been Champ :( was given the wrong information first time round , so looks like champ still Missing
Shelagh
This dog is not champ. Champ is still missing. See today's post on champs page for confirmation

Mmm bit strange that I asked the warden to let me know if he got reunited... why would she ring me back and say he was reunited if its not him?

Hi I have been ringing the owners all weekend but there was no answer , left messages , I rang st Albans district council this morning explained about Champ on doglost gave them all the details, she said she would get back to me to confirm , the warden rang me back this afternoon and confirmed he had been reunited, so I rang her again to double check and she saifd YES so I can only go off what they have told me

So pleased he has been reunited. It is not uncommon for Pugs to lose an eye. Our Winston has the opposite eye missing to the found. x

Hazel, I think there is a possibility that this could be Champ (51093), it is in hand for the owner to check this one out :)

If his eye is missing maybe a local vet will know who carried out the operation? Hope we find his owner x
