- Oh dear, my heart goes out to you. I am also the owner of a pale golden lhasa apso and can't start to imagine what you are going through. Oscar goes everywhere with me and we are always being stopped by people wanting to know more about him. They are very distinctive dogs and attract a lot of attention. Although I live in Nottingham I will be putting up posters for you and will be taking one to Oscar's grooming parlour tomorrow, which is in Newthorpe, Notts. My thoughts are with you and I hope that you find Poppy soon. xxxLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- What a pretty girl Poppy is, I do hope you find her, I presume she has coat that would need attending to by a grooming parlour ..have you tried emailing or sending her photo and details to all of these ..not just in your local area though. I expect someone is caring for her but this is why all vets should check microchips then she would have been located. ChrisxLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- I can't believe how kind everyone has been, I wish I'd know about this site when Poppy went missing, I felt so alone. Thank you so much everybody for your kind thoughts and although I am trying not to get my hopes up too much, for the first time there may be hope that I'll at least know she's OK and happy. I'd obviously love more than anything to have her back, but if she's happy where she is then that would make me happy. Thanks so much.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- Is there any update on Poppy? I train and work with a dog training centre in Chipping Campden and will spread the word/use posters. Also currently doing an article on dog walks in local CV36/CV37 area so could do the necessaries there too. Thanks and thinking of the owners. Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- Good idea Shielbria, my youngest dog belongs to a dog training club in Warwickshire too, I could take a poster to obedience and ringcraft for both Newton and Poppy.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- I will take a copy of the poster to Dog Club tonight - We have ringcraft classes, so someone may know something about Poppy. EricaLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- How terrible for Poppy's family to have had to live with the loss of their beautiful girl for over four years. I hope Poppy is safe and well wherever she is and that being on Doglost will bring some positive information about her. I can put some posters up of her in Kenilworth (CV8) on Saturday at the same time as I do Newton's posters. Good that she is chippedxxxx Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- She is a very beautiful and distinctive dog so someone out there must know something. What a terrible thing for the owners that after 3 years they still haven't found her. It can only help matters now that Poppy is on doglost. Poster everywhere and get her on every website you can. Good news that she is microchipped too. I really hope this adorable girl is home very soon xxxLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
