Thank you for updating, Andrew. That is brilliant news! Well done Woody! Bless his little heart. So very glad he is healthy, happy & safe back where he belongs. Another dog home after being advertised in CMW magazine; yes as Alison said, makes you wonder where he's been all this time. Welcome home precious Woody! Wonderful news indeed. Big kiss for Woody X.

Wow so happy you have found Woody! Fantastic news! I wonder where he has been for the past couple of months...
Andrew
Some one had reported they found a black lab roughly 10 minutes from where we live, he was found wandering along a main road. I contacted the person and knew it was woody straight away, he was in perfect condition and still a very happy dog, we are soo happy to have him home again.
Herrieven

Tx rosemary for cross posting have spoken to the finder Herrieven and owner has been notified. Vet has confirmed its a cross Labrador and has no chip. more photos are going to be sent to owner and as woddy is a trained working dog the commands used by owner will be checked by the finders. Also Woody has his own whistle pitch so we have something to work on.
Herrieven
Please do not remove this post as we are not convinced this is Woody and need to speak to Woody's owner .

Thankyou Clarkey. That would have fitted the bill as this happens. Sadly not Woody as been reunited. Now we need Woody to be.

Might be worth checking this found dog .. http://www.doglost.co.uk/dog-blog.php?dogId=70438 It was found 50 miles away, but it's more than 2 wks since Woody went missing and thinking if he was stolen they could have gone on road network in that direction.

Featured in todays Countryman's Weekly Magazine - I hope it brings some news
DogLostKimmybear - Area Co-ordinator, Essex & Hertfordshire borders
Suspicious men in a van driving back and forth before Woody disappeared. Have advised owner to get Crime Number as it fits the bill for these gun dog thefts, sadly. Please keep eyes out anywhere in UK for Woody. x

Woody's sadly not home yet. Owner is going to check through all advice I have now sent. Requesting Countryman's Weekly ad as he's a gun dog. x
