- As I was travelling west on the M25 less than 1 mile before junction 6 I saw a deceased cat lying at the side of the carriageway. The cat was ginger. I could not stop as there is now no hard shoulder on this stretch so I stopped at the Cobham services and reported to the Highways who said they would put a call out and get the body recovered. On returning today eastwards at 4 p.m. I could see that the cat was still lying there and looking very peaceful and so sweet. I could see it was just after marker point 39.3. R.I.P. little cat.
