- Thanks Alison, I'm not any good on this machine and I don't think I saw a photo on Animal wardens site it was only through description. I think Doglost is the best site, although I do like AW site search facility re postcode and miles options.

- I have had a looked and magnified the photo on the animal wardens site but there doesn't look to be enough white on the lost dog. However it is not always easy to tell from a photo. - On "animalwardens" site there is a female lost lurcher from SP5 Salisbury which is 30 miles away, lost 7/4. She is described as gold/beige, ref79064 which i think is a private posting no. I don't know how to enhance or enlarge photos, could somebody have a look to see what they think please.

Please ensure that you notify your local Dog Warden and the local Police Station - in Scotland you MUST inform your local Police Station and if possible contact the Dog Warden also.
The found dog may have a Microchip or a Tattoo - please have the dog scanned and checked for a tattoo at a vet's so that owners may be contacted as soon as possible.
