- No news yet on sweet little tsuki, still checking sites for her
- 2014-06-09 16:31 Shelagh
- Yes still chasing sites and rescues for her. Hope new law will insist all dogs brought in are chipped and details transfered to pet log,and all tourist had there hand luggage searched as these guys are just driving across the borders with dogs in bags. Its actually quite frightening
- 2014-06-08 22:47 Me N My Girl - Administrative Volunteer
- I reckon she was picked up pretty quickly with a view to selling her on. It amazes me the number of owners that don't know wether their dog is chipped or not. Cuki is but it's Hungarian, I think they have to be chipped to be bought into the country. Wonder how the new chipping law will deal with foreign chips when it comes in. Just have to hope that where ever she is she is being loved.
- 2014-06-08 07:15 Shelagh
- Thanks me n my girl . I still updating owner but not much news. Checked all wardens etc. Had a look around that area of walthamstow Thursday but really not sure if she would still be out there now. There was a bit of confusion as it was suggested that wardens had found her and put her up for adoption. On further investigation by them this was denied. I have checked ADM and batter sea but not on there so have to believe it wasn't her

- Have been having a nose around re foreign chips. Apparently some scanners can read them, like pet detect scanners. Also, foreign chips can be registered with Petlog for " a small fee ". Wonder if owners are still following this page.Last edited: 2014-06-04 23:15:47 by Me N My Girl - Administrative Volunteer

- So sad me n my girl ): . Why people can't get a decent live; get on their own feet and, always need to snatch other people properties? x
- 2014-06-02 18:10 Me N My Girl - Administrative Volunteer
- Sheila hope they've let Hungarian chip co. know their new Scottish address, just incase there is a way of backtracking. Bella a pug pup over our park was sold to owners on forged papers, and it was thought she had been smuggled into the country, so much for our rabies control, it's all about money !
- 2014-06-01 10:38 Bella
- This is no right me n my girl, as we know by law all dogs found must be reported to dog warden. I totally agree with you about the dogs with foreign chips… Also, why continually bringing foreign dogs to UK, once there are already too much here? x
- 2014-06-01 10:32 Shelagh
- Did search yesterday James street/mark house road this is other end of walthamstow market. Owners are no longer living here but in Scotland so no more posters can go up as my printer on strike I will still search for her
- 2014-05-30 22:07 Shelagh
- No news so far, have not been able to search for two days,as busy, but back on it tomorrow.

- Seen a few dogs missing with foreign chips, going to be an increasing problem, need some sort of cross ref system. Think they need a chip to be bought into country legally. I reckon this little one has been found and kept !Last edited: 2014-05-30 08:13:08 by Me N My Girl - Administrative Volunteer

- How about Celia Hammond for all 3 East London Lost dogs you are looking at. Think they may be in East London.
- 2014-05-25 09:45 Shelagh
- From what I've been told the scanners may not be able to read a European chip. We have left details inall vets we can find round that area
- 2014-05-24 19:49 Me N My Girl - Administrative Volunteer
- Someone must have picked her up Shelagh. If she has a Hungarian chip can her owners notify the Hungarian Chip Co. of their UK adress as presumably our scanners can read them.Last edited: 2014-05-24 19:52:09 by Me N My Girl - Administrative Volunteer

- Searched again this morning all road between Erskine and Palmerston. No new sightings
- 2014-05-22 16:02 Shelagh
- I have checked all vets etc again today also council street services. Did another early morning search of area. Left more water. Owners have put posters up to Erskine road now, so hope this brings in some new info

- Photos are deceiving and must admit i'm not very good at recognition on long haired dogs. Although she's chipped probably not a uk one so can't be traced easily. Wonder if owners have checked with local vets RSPCA PDSA again to see if she's been taken in.
- 2014-05-21 23:24 Shelagh
- Yes great saw photo on Facebook. The dog I saw had more grey on back and body was longer. Of course I'm no experts on yorkies, but I do not think it was her, but there again photos are deceiving.Hope to see guy again so we can rule him outLast edited: 2014-05-21 23:41:02 by Shelagh

- Thanks me n my girl will try that. The problem is tsuki was only in england for two days when she went missing. Also she only understands Hungarian and is not used to being out. We have one unconfirmed sighting , last Friday with a group of council workers. Despite our best efforts we cannot locate who these were. The sighting of little boy, turned out not to be tsuki. The guy with two yorkies is still outstanding. Other than that we have nothing. Could be she has been picked up.Last edited: 2014-05-21 23:20:55 by Shelagh

- Couldn't find it by googling it. Go onto facebook and type yorkies lost and found uk in the narrow box top left, think it has an f on left side. I can't do much on here so can't help you. Tsuki seems to have disappeared very quickly for such a young dog.

- Okay, I think owner needs to remove "prize" and put cash reward instead. I can do this if okay? I also think you need to think about the boy who was playing with a dog. Shelagh, can you email me? Thank you. x You have been so amazing out there, well done indeed. x

- Can't seem to find site for UK only worldwide mostly america. Not too good with facebook
- 2014-05-21 19:11 Shelagh
- Yes very frustrating. Not seen guy since, haven't seen Facebook photo either. His "other dog was very well behaved and obviously used to going out,so he will be about..I still concentrate on searching as not sure the dog is tsuki. Widen search area incorporating all roads up to Palmerston,/forest road junction. Walthamstow high street. Left water in all roads. Have asked owners to put posters further out now,and change wording to say "reward". I feel a lot of time was lost at weekend concerns treating on "gipsy boy" sighting. Don't want same thing again. Also Osborne mews found two small gaps that lead to sheer drop onto railway line
- 2014-05-21 15:47 Me N My Girl - Administrative Volunteer
- So frustrating, I'd have thought guy must be fairly local you don't get far with a dog that can't walk on a lead. Shelagh have you seen photo of Tsuki on Yorkies lost and found uk site, she looks totally different and a lot more grey so perhaps owners should update this poster. They are also offering " a prize" for her return which might lead to more leads coming in, think they must have made the poster up themselves.XX

- Three hour search this morning no sighting but left water. Did not see guy from yesterday
- 2014-05-19 23:28 Shelagh
- Meet with owners this evening gained access to flats . Sighting of boy playing with yorkie was true butdog was not tsuki.other sighting ,man waking two yorkies, we have not established if this was tsuki as not seen since. Shop he went in ,have denied seeing him. Owners think this dog is tsuki,as she has never been on lead ,and acted that way when tthey tried to walk her. Also established the flats he entered,he does not live there. Council workers did not hand dog in and can not find out who they were.plan to go out tomorrow to same place and hope to see guy again
- 2014-05-19 16:27 Me N My Girl - Administrative Volunteer
- Tell me to mind my own business, but I think the photo of Cuki or Tsuki on yorkies lost and found site should go into the extra image. I was hoping the council workers could have thrown some light on the earlier sighting. Has Cuki ever been on a lead as some people never take their dogs out.
- 2014-05-19 15:04 Shelagh
- Three hour search for tsuki this morning covering hatherly clever land crescent and park road somber road and west bury also storage places at back of shops in high street. Saw guy two yorkies being walked together younger one obviously never walked with another dog. Was all over the pavement, stopping, going behind bill boards, wrong way round lamppost etc. I feel this dogs body is too long to be tsuki and has too much gray, but sure doesn't belong with this guy. Owners have got this info and the person went in flats next to ones where previous sighting was
- 2014-05-18 13:16 Shelagh
- Spoke to owners they received message that a Romany gypsy boy was seen late last note playing with a dog resembling tsuki. The owners are convinced it is her and are monitoring the flats where she wasseen. The owners have indicated if they see her they will call the police. I will take over watching for a few hours later if they wish. Currently iI will leave decision making up to tsuki owners

- Shelagh you DO make a huge difference ,not only do you actively search for the dogs but your knowledge and support you give to owners is invaluable and encouraging for owners who have probably never ever "been there " before and are at a loss as to know what to do. Thank God I've never been there, can only imagine what it must be like.

- Don't know if this is deFective or deTective work. Tottenham Hale kennels (used by Haringey) and presumably Waltham Forest contact no for out of hrs found dogs 0208-489-1000 just in case Cuki is there. May not tell owners and you may already be aware.
- 2014-05-18 11:01 Shelagh
- Thank you for kind words, sometimes you think you don't make a difference or you should do more, but we all have so many other things to do. Much appreciated. Did 6.30 search Campbell Cleveland, crescent,Cleveland park avenue, gillards way and Erskine. No sightings but left water. The council workers I'm presuming are street services as the van described by owners is the one they use.The kennels are in tTottenham hale undisclosed location. The vets is god cards wanstead. All have my contact details, but hoping they picked her up. Poor little girl. Owners searching now
- 2014-05-18 07:43 Me N My Girl - Administrative Volunteer
- What a good idea about the bowls Sheila. Hope owners know which section of council workers it was, wonder which vets council uses as she might be there. Trying to find places where owners could post I came across "walthamstow positive" on FB, council site has adverts on there so owners may be able to put her on there at least it's local. Hope there is positive news today. Have to say if I ever get lost I hope you're around, you work so hard for these poor lost dogs.
- 2014-05-17 13:25 Shelagh
- I have advised owner to put down sml bowls of water in roads he is searching. I did same this morning so hope that covered
- 2014-05-17 13:15 Shelagh
- Back from four hour search hatherly and surrounding roads up to Palmerston road. Posters are working as sightings coming in.Crew of council workers seen petting dog yesterday hope they picked her up. Warden closed till Monday but left voicemail. Owners still searching

- Poor little mite, she must be dehydrated as I can't see anywhere she could have got any water from in the area. Why don't people pick up dogs that are obviously wandering on there own.!!! Could even be lying under a parked car. There's a site called "Pets lost and stolen in Newham" if anybody belongs could they put her on there please (if she isn't on already) I can't do stuff like that. - Thanks Bella. Grateful for an input as we really don't know what else to do. She registered as missing with all agency thorough search was done day, day after a d day after that, of approximately 1 mile radius. Extended further today. Loads of posters are up and flyers given out. Owners have posted her on their Facebook sites

- Thanks me n my girl. I have searched that complex already spoken to residents, postman and builders next door. Also owners have searched there twice-.
- 2014-05-16 08:16 Me N My Girl - Administrative Volunteer
- At the Forest Road end of jewel road there are some low rise flats bordered by what looks to be a thick privet hedge. There is a path through the flats into Pearl Rd and although there are gates, google map showed them left open. Could she have got into this complex and be hiding out under the hedge or somewhere in there, might be worth dropping a flyer through the doors. Can't believe there have been no reported sightings. Perhaps most residents in the area aren't doggie people.Last edited: 2014-05-16 08:19:00 by Me N My Girl - Administrative Volunteer

- Searched Lloyd park and chestnuts forest road. Chestnuts is covered by CCTV as it is in town hall complex. No sightings whatsoever. Owners have been out putting more posters and searching. Ringing daily vets and warden
- 2014-05-14 18:42 Shelagh
- Thanks me and my girl . The owners live other end of jewel road opposite Lloyd park. We have canvassed neighbors and lots of builders down there, owners have put flyers through letterboxes. I did a thorough search of surrounding roads this morning searching all nooks and crannies. The owners are still searching for her. She is only a puppy so quite excitable but nervous
- 2014-05-14 15:56 Me N My Girl - Administrative Volunteer
- We meet up again Sheila ! I've looked on google map and at Hoe street end of Jewel Rd there appears to be an alley to the back of shops on one side, could she have gone down there and be in their yards, might be worth giving shopkeepers both sides posters. I can't see down there to see how far it goes down. Might be worth asking owners to look down there. On other side of Jewel road there's a gated area, would she be small enough to squeeze in there. Also at the end of every terrace of houses there is normally an alley maybe she has gone down one and is in residents back garden, perhaps a small flyer could be put through those residents doors asking them to check their gardens and offer a reward if poss. I wouldn't think a pup would get too far, unless of course she has been picked up.Last edited: 2014-05-14 16:00:43 by Me N My Girl - Administrative Volunteer
