- It appears the dog that was picked up could be him, but I don't believe it could have been handed to the TV DW as the owner said he had spoken to the DW who confirmed at 6pm he hadn't heard about the dog. Possibly the finder was told to take the dog to kennels where it sat from yesterday afternoon (if it is the same dog).
The owners are going to the kennels to today to collect, but now ofcourse will have to pay kennel fees.
This seems a re run of exactly what happened with Ezra ID 55531 in July last year where I did write to the council and complain.
I have explained to the owners that the law requires the dog to have a tag but hopefully they will tag and microchip Dodge now. - 2014-05-20 12:59 Karen Saunders

- My friend found a young male border collie in Wherwell yesterday and handed him over to the Test Valley Dog Warden. Hopefully this was dodge and he is reunited by now.
