DW feels that this boy is most likely a flatcoat cross, so I will alter breed accordingly as he is still not claimed

Will message Dog Warden for a clearer picture and more info. I agree head shape looks like a flatcoat but coat doesn't unless neutered. If he is a FC, not a Lab as originally listed, I will get word out in the FC community and breed rescue if necessary.

Difficult to see from picture but he looks like he has some cocker spaniel in him to me.
