- In answer to your observations, the code on the dog shows it was out of hours service, so would have been scanned when picked up, but it was not posted on their list which I use to crosspost. The council is updating their website, which will soon include photos & hopefully more info..

- I just wish the Dog Wardens would include a photo so we could try and pair the dog up with its owner it could have been stolen from miles away.
