This is absolutely brilliant news! Seems to me that someone did let her off chain and somehow she escaped or ran away from them. Very lucky girl. Owners, I'd not leave her alone out there any more. Stay with her when she's out there, just in case. Well done you fantastic team! Welcome home sweet Molly! X

No me n my girl hectors gate and Kynite's are separate. Molly was picked up as a stray and served her 7 days at the council kennels, she was unclaimed so was taken in by Kynite's to be re-homed. It was when I circulated Molly's doglost advert that it was discovered Molly matched a dog which was being re-homed at Kynite's. The rescue immediately contacted me so we could cross match. Molly is a very lucky girl and so are the owners as this could have turned out a very different story. Luckily Molly is now microchipped 😊

Glad you got Molly home safely, please get her microchipped. Debs is it not called Hectors Gate anymore, yes it is lee Kynite, my friend got 2 young male lurchers from them last year, she went for 1 but they were such great buddies she couldn't bear to seperate them.

Hi thank you all so much for helping me, I have got a crime number from the police, I rang them on the day she was taken or let off her chain, I have tried updating to tell the full story but it wont let me do it.

Emailed owner. Debs, does this sound like theft to you? Hope owner updates with the full story that we can't see. Owner, if you think she was taken, you need a CRIME number from police and work on making her too hot to handle. Sounds like you are actually on the river? If so, you need to check with the Waterways people too. Let's get Molly home! x

me n my girl I think you mean 'Lee Kynite Emma Smith' I have shared throughout the local rescue community and wardens although advise owner to of course contact authorities themselves and log a missing/stolen report.

As well as contacting local dog wardens, Thurrock and Basildon, you might like to give Hectors Gate animal Rescue a ring 01375-372194 I think he's a staffie man, or go on their FB site.
