Oh no! I've only just managed to see this - I was very worried when Debs told me where he was. So many dogs coming on and too many near the railways - I just hate the trains now. God bless little man. Safe now in God's arms. xxx

Sadly there was a report in from the railways that a dog had been struck by a train. This was confirmed earlier today that it was Sid. Run free handsome lad and send comfort angels to your mum

I agree that there is a strong resemblance. The photo of the found dog doesn't quite show the full white patch, but you can see a thin stripe going upwards. Please do check.....

Owners did that last night and I also advised they spoke to them again this morning of which they have. Posters are now up and also advised for tax companies to be notified. The owner hasn't stopped searching bless her
