- Sorry to see Dave is missing. He is neutered, so has not gone miles looking for the ladies. Try cooking, or warming some fish up, as the smell may tempt him back. Put sardines in his dish, and call him whilst you tap it. Put something with his scent on; his blanket say, place in a container with an item in with your scent on too, or the person who usually feeds him, if dry leave in the garden. Take DL advice, and put small "Lost" posters through as many doors as you can. Of course someone may be feeding him. Early days yet, so he may be back soon. Lovely cat. Good luckx Keep us posted.Last edited: 2014-06-08 19:26:17

- Bless him. I hope he is soon home.
Check with all your near houses that he hasn't been accidentally shut in a shed etc though as cats often do go in and get shut in. Sometimes a note through letter boxes can bring them home soon after.
Also though its a horrible call to make see if he was found by the highways, they don't bother to check for chips but they do log them...If possible ask someone to ring for you but if they haven't found him that a major worry taken off.
Too far to be of any use but will share him x - 2014-06-08 09:54 AlisonH
