UPDATE lost blue merle at fishing lakes
Great news. Owner just rang me. She's been found. Owner has been going back and forth to where she bolted from and finally found her there this morning. She's safe and sound.
That news has made my day.--

The lakes are about 6 miles from where they live. She "might" be trying to find her way home across country.

So sorry to hear about your border collie. I live in foston so I will keep my eyes peeled. I know how worried you must be cos I lost my dog a year ago and via this site she was found 10 days later. (I put 30 posters up locally and emailed them to a couple of local businesses, schools etc - it really worked! I will of course call you if I spot her.

I have emailed 3 photos of this dog to Jayne. This little dog is also spayed. I've spoken with owner and advised what to do. This is what I've mailed everywhere, with photos: PLEASE CROSSPOST

LOST Longford Lake, Hatton, Sth. Derbyshire. Sun 08.06.14. Dog's name withheld. Border collie bitch. Blue Merle, smooth coated. One brown eye and the other eye is half brown/half blue. 20 months old and is spayed. She was wearing two collars - one with ID tag on. She is microchipped & is very friendly.
She was with her owner who was fishing and a clap of thunder frightened her and she ran off.

Any information please contact owner Don Sayers on 07921 834 068 or Burton Petsearch on 01283 535 622Last edited: 2014-06-09 13:32:22 by colliebird
