- GillyP~I don't know where you have this information from. Forest Lodge like any other pound only have to keep dogs for 7 days. Unlike most pounds however, they have a facebook page, advertise the strays that come in, keep the majority of them WELL over the time they have to (weeks or months quite a lot of the time) and advertise again when the dogs are up for rehoming! I would suggest looking for their page if you are on facebook.

- We have tried Binfield who are currently full, but hopefully someone will get a new home soon and space available. People should not be allowed pets. Bet it was some stupid young lad who thought he looked great with his Staff and then girls and cars came along and the poor dog is no longer of interest!! FUMING!!!Last edited: 2014-06-18 17:24:47

- Owner is aware Banks is in pound and is currently not collecting. Banks 7 days are up on 20.6.14 and will be up for rehoming :( (fingers crossed)

Please ensure that you notify your local Dog Warden and the local Police Station - in Scotland you MUST inform your local Police Station and if possible contact the Dog Warden also.
The found dog may have a Microchip or a Tattoo - please have the dog scanned and checked for a tattoo at a vet's so that owners may be contacted as soon as possible.
