Kennels have got back to me and the owner has been found so sadly not Penny x
Rubybella
This looks like a working cocker spaniel and in too a good condition to have been out for long.
Really hope she can be reunited with the owner soon.
I will spread the word on the cocker forum.

This dog has been scanned and no chip found.
Ian I will send Penny's dog lost link and ask them to check this dog against Penny, although this dog does look to have white on the tips of the toes.
Fiona
Can we find out gender of this dog and whether or not its microchipped.
Ian
Hi Fiona. Thanks for the text alert. I'm in the USA at the moment until 26th June. It's a very close match but the ears look full Spaniel and she had no white on the muzzle. Its possible it could be ageing. Penny was micro chipped. Ill watch this space, thankyou.
Fiona
Could this be Penny 45799
