- Commented by a lady on the FB Woodford Halse Community Group "I saw a dog like this in Woodford yesterday, another man in a car also took a look, I was in a hurry, but the man may have! The dog I saw did look like this one and was on the corner of Phipps road where it meets the byfield road, I wish now I'd taken a closer look, but hope that helps a bit.
