I will try to find out if his owner was ever found or if he has a new home.

Beginning to look like he may have been dumped? Poor little chap! Please keep us informed as to what happens to him.

No this little one still hasn't been claimed.

Any news about this little man's owner? I thought I saw somewhere - Facebook I think - that he had been reunited.

Poor little guy. Have shared on my Facebook. Hope his owner is found soon.

I spoke to Anne today and still no owner found. This chap was found howling on the banks of the river near Church/Sheepstreet Lane, Etchingham. A search was done in case someone had been involved in an accident but no-one found. Police and DW's informed.
The dog is being cared for while the search goes on for his owner.
I've shared to Etchingham Village, E Sports and Social Club and E Shop and Deli, E Neighbourhood Watch Fbk pages.

Thanks for taking this litle dog to safety and caring for him. Also for registering the JR with Doglost.
Have you reported finding him to the Dog Wardens or had him checked for a microchip? If not, please do so .. the DW's in this area are a 24 hour service.
I have shared on my page, the Official Doglost.co.uk East Sussex, Doglost South East, Hastings Dog Lovers and Pets lost in Hastings Fbk pages.
Let's hope he is reunited with his owner very soon. Thanks.Last edited: 2014-06-29 21:23:12 by Clarkey - Area Co-ordinator, East Sussex

Thank you for taking the time to list this found dog and ensuring the safety of the dog.
Please ensure that you notify your local Dog Warden and the local Police Station - in Scotland you MUST inform your local Police Station and if possible contact the Dog Warden also.
The found dog may have a Microchip or a Tattoo - please have the dog scanned and checked for a tattoo at a vet's so that owners may be contacted as soon as possible.
Please check on our Missing pages in case the Found dog has been registered as missing with us.
If possible please add a photo as this greatly assists our work in matching Found dogs with Missing dogs.
