- I am in st nichs, canterbury. Have had Ava's owner's numebr stored in my phone since she disappeared - will continue to look for her. If I think I see her will call the nujmber and take a pic if possible.
- 2014-07-24 00:51 Unknown
- From the last sighting Ava could easily be following a route from the pub across church lane, onto Back lane, Calder Way, Great Ashby Way back to Canterbury Park where she went missing from. There are a few farms along that route that would give her places to hide as well as all open land. Again if she is doing this route back to park it could well be why there has been no sightings as so covered and vast. I did meet a kind lady that was walking all that exact route to help out. Also have friends that are constantly looking around. So if possible any one that is around those areas can keep eye out and not chase but inform the owner straight away would be brilliant. Abner as mentioned further down did you manage to contact local papers at all. keep strong everyone is willing her home x

- Land lord and lady of George and Dragon are dog owners themselves. Most of their regulars are also owners who walk their dogs in the local area. An annoucement is about to be made regarding Ava. The publicans will also go out looking for her later. Everything crossed.
- 2014-07-12 18:10 Abner
- Positive sighting of Ava at 3pm today. Ran across road outside George and Dragon pub in Graveley. Headed into fields. Still wearing pink collar.
- 2014-07-10 10:26 Unknown
- Abner it very good idea to do that re the paper also local radio station. It will get news out further just in case she has moved a bit further on. I have friends who been out every night and have not seen anything either. The word is getting out but def need posters all round and further out. Ty Ginny that would be great if you can do the stables you mentioned

- For the past 2 evenings 2 of my son have been on Graveley Road and in the fields to the left of Sygnet hospital. Unfortunately, no sightings. We have also spoken to the Sygnet hospital, they have checked their CCTV footage. Unfortunately, the images do not go as far as the woods. I think the next move is to contact the local rag. Stay safe Ava, we want you back. x

- Thanks for update. Will have another drive round this evening. Are there posters at the fruit farm and the rugby club which are both nearby?
- 2014-07-07 09:49 Unknown
- this is more of an update I found re the roundabout sighting...............She was by the big round about on the actual corner that would follow round towards sainsbury. We pulled up in the layby but she run back the opposite way up Graveley road.
As you turn in to Graveley road, we took the first turning on your right and followed it around to the back of the sygnet hospital which end up at the bottom of the field and she was lingering around there but again as we went up in to the field she legged it to the other side.
I hope this is some help. - 2014-07-07 08:34 Unknown
- Amazing ty so much for your help Riverlady. Thankyou Ginnys mum, until we get more sightings it really a case of trying to re go over areas mentioned below. Hopefully the news will spread far and will get those much needed sightings in.

- 2014-07-06 16:47 Unknown
- Abner people out looking really hope we can get people to keep updates and sightings coming in to narrow down area she will be. In the advice I sent you it will explain a bit more about why she is appearing at those times. She is survival mode so she will be appearing very early or very late and as she nervous of people she is using times that would be less of them about. x
- 2014-07-06 16:07 Abner
- She is wearing a pink collar, a tog should be on it with her name and my mobile no. Just hoping for a good result. Unfortunately, the main time she shows herself seems to be 2 am.
- 2014-07-06 16:00 Patlucky
- The best thing you can do to catch a dog.
Is to sit down at their level.
Food in hand feed but NEVER rush to get hold of the collar.
Stroke while feeding then slip hand slowly under the collar.
Take it the dog is wearing a collar
Good luck everyone - 2014-07-06 10:32 Abner
- Ava was sighted at 2 this morning on Coreys Mill roundabout. She is now getting into serious danger!! Hoping someone can get her.

- As she's young, she's more likely to come to people, but obviously play it by ear. Always call the poster number and keep dog in sight if possible but do not chase. Any problems call DogLost. Thank you. Last edited: 2014-07-04 23:01:13 by Kimmybear - Area Co-ordinator, Essex & Hertfordshire borders
