- Hi Jackie - thanks for your support. We have been down to the caravan site and put posters up in the club house, washroom , showers etc. just in case anyone has picked up Topsy - although she is not a dog who would go to anyone readily. She's an independant old bird who would rather find her way home..... Pretty tight knit village so everyone is on the lookout for her. Husband out now with our dogs and torch...lovely full moon so wishing him luck.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- I'll take a poster into work tomorrow and fax a copy to all the vets in the area. I'm too far away to be much help searching, but just in case - is it the castle marked on the S edge of Rhuddlan? There also seems to be a caravan site there - might be worth checking in case holidaymakers have picked her up. Hope she's home soonLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- Have put up a poster in Rhuddlan Castle which is the area Topsy was last seen. Hopefully we now have visitors as well as locals in the hunt for her. Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- We've been out with the dogs to see if they can hear Topsy as it seems likely she has gone into a hole. Just so so many. Hope she has come out and someone is looking after her. Will go out again later with the dogs and torches.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- Oh no, poor thing, hope Topsy is home really soon far too old to be dashing down holes, although I don't think terriers really grow old I used to have a 16 year old SBT who could out run the young ones.Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- This does sound like a terrier doing what terries do best, any chance of a doggy friend hearing/ smelling her down a hole?Last edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18

- Thanks guys. This is my next door neighbour so we really really need help on this one !! We postered yesterday - all 3 pubs in the village, the taxi rank, all the takeaways , the shops and the lamposts. There are posters to go up this afternoon at the entrance to the fields / hill where Topsy went missing. The postman knows and the local dog walkers know. There is a chance she is down a badger sett / rabbit hole and owner and my OH are out there now. Need to go out but will be back to work this afternoon. Posters have now gone to North Clwyd & Nant y Corn which are where stray dogs go for this area so if she is picked up they know she is missing. Come On Topsy - where are you ? Sending big hugs next door x xLast edited: 2010-05-11 02:17:18
