Aaaaw, Soooo pleased for Conker & His Family x
I too was away when He was found but had been tweeting for Him b4 I went.
Do hope that He is O.K. now & his paws & muscles are rested - poor boy must've been so bewildered walking alongside those tracks - well done everyone for all your efforts.
Wishing Him well for his tests x

Have been non stop happiness since we found him! Tears of joy! What a stressful couple of days! Can't believe how amazing and helpful people were! Conkers has had a check up with the vets. Small cut on pad and very sore pads and muscles! He has slept all day long snuggled on the sofa like nothing has happened to him! Will have a blood test next week re fit :-(. Thank you so very much to everyone and special thanks jenny and Tiga. X

Jenny says that Conker is covered in ticks but appears well, is on the lead now. Could hear all the celebrations, Tiga having a good WUFF! Will collect my posters later. Happy Days!
Lilybear
Just had text from Owners, Jenny & Tiga. They are elated. In brief following their work from the day they set up camp last evening in an area at Kettle Lane & held a bbq, then took to three points close by overnight. Just a short time ago Conker walked hesitantly into one of owners tent & after a little reassurance was RENUITED. Am sure they will share the details later when rested!! None of them have slept in days. Thank you so very much to everyone of Team Conker for making this happen! You're the BEST! Thank you Jenny & Tiga!
Lilybear
They got him!!!! Conker is safe & FOUND!
kl
So sorry to see he is yet to come out of hiding - im positive it wont be long - have you tried putting the contents of your hoover bag around and leaving some of your clothes too - just a thought - i was up driving around that way today in the hope i might see him, spent about an hour up and down lanes - glad you have him in your sights now tho - would a bitch in season maybe lure him out too - c'mon Conker, time to come home! :) x
Niclock
We went out looking for him earlier and seen the owners friend. He has been spotted a few times around the clanger wood/ kettle lane area in the last few hours. They have BBQ's going to try and entice him. At least he is still in the woods where it's safe. She said he looks grubby but he doesn't look injured which is good. Fingers crossed they get hold of him soon
DogLostMillieVW - Area Volunteer - West Wiltshire
Any more news, not heard anything since I left clanger wood at 12:45 :-(

We hve been round North Bradley this morning. We have searched the farm/stables on the platinum roundabout and surrounding fields, but no sighting of Conkers. Have searched through North Bradley and have spread the word that he's missing. We have travelled back through the lanes to Brokerswood/Dilton Marsh and again no sightings. Will be back out later to help
cluuuuur
Am local to the area (North Bradley) and can head out for a walk after school pick up - will check here to see if there are any sightings around which to base the walk otherwise will look around the nature reserve area coming into Yarnbrook. Does Conker like other dogs? Have a very friendly Basset I can take with me if he is likely to help.
DogLostJulie - Area Co-ordinator - Surrey & South London
I have messaged Wiltshire Horsewatch who are kindly keeping a look out for Conker and will post on their page so all members aware. Keep safe Conker until you are found. Julie x
Lilybear
Sarahward you are kind. Tiga & Co are still in area, have been out all night. I wonder if you might give them a call to check in. Thank you very much.

I'm in Westbury and about to head out to help. Where is best to start ? Going to start with Vlager Woods - any suggestions after that ? Last edited: 2014-07-07 10:55:09 by Sarahward

Thanks everyone for your help, owners so appreciate it. MillieVW sounds like your neck of the woods! No doubt your local knowledge would be appreciated. We met up with Network Rail at the BP garage just after midnight, he took a poster which he photographed and sent via text to his colleagues who were working the track overnight near to Brook Lane area? This is I believe where Conker first came onto it. They were to ring if any sightings during night but we heard nothing.
DogLostMillieVW - Area Volunteer - West Wiltshire
Ah, sounds stuck either side of the railway line going back and forth? Maybe trying to get back up on to it? Argh I'm minutes away and cannot get away until 10!
snorky
My hubby is going through the lanes at North Bradley/Southwick/Brokerswood on his bike to see if Conker can be sighted there. I shall be travelling via car through North Bradley/Southwick to see if Conker can be sighted. Will ring with any news
Lin Iddon
you could contact any local hunts in the area. They can contact local landowners, gamekeepers, farmers - usually via their website or email. This covers a very large area very quickly. Details are on internet and `i think there a a few that cover Wiltshire. Hope this helps.x
Lilybear
Updated poster photo, please refresh screen to view new image. Thanks.

Network Rail most helpful, confirm that Conker was seen running, not walking, from Masters Level Crossing towards Frome direction. Could come off at various points.
