Hi, Donnie is back with his kennel mate at the moment,he was pleased to see him. He will have a check over by our vet shortly & I will post another update. Which was the other Dogs Trust dog that went missing, I wasn't aware of it?

Good news isn't it angi! 2 Dogs Trust dogs but not a reflection on them .. just one of those things when new owners trust their new dogs a little too much. Hoping it's not a case of things coming in 3's!!

So relieved Donnie has decided a life on the run is not for him 😊 two newly rehomed dogs going missing in a few days is enough for now ! Is he going back to the rescue like Tikka I wonder to be rehomed again? Stay safe handsome boy xxx

Was going to head over tho Polegate with some posters if this lad had not been found. Sent text to check and Donnie has literally just been found and is on his way back to the Rehoming Centre!! Will put you into the blue Donnie and let Vickygive us an update when she has had a chance to have breakfast!
So relieved and pleased for her.

Later posts on Brighton Dogwatch .. a lot going on and Vicky has everything under control.
VickyB approx 8pm "Two positive sightings in fields at the top of Levett Road near a house with horses, running parallel with the footpath.once at lunchtime and again about an hour ago by staff from the kennels. I think he'll hang around this area so keep your eyes peeled. We have left a jumper in the bushes he was seen in that belongs to his favourite member of staff hoping he will recognise the scent!

"Have just got back in after going out to look and saw Donnie in the wheat field along side of the cuckoo trail the shepham lane end. He looked at me and disappeared into the wheat. It got too dark"
Hv 'bumped' page due to sightings.

A little more information from a post on Fbk.
"Donnie, a 2 year old golden Labrador has gone missing from his new home in the Levett Rd area of Polegate.
He was rehomed from Dogs Trust Shoreham on Saturday.
He is extremely nervous and won't let people approach him but if there are any sightings we would be grateful if you could call Vicky from the Dogs Trust on 07951 612508"

I have emailed to ask if they need any advice and await their reply.

He went missing from his new home,he was adopted last Saturday but bolted out of the front door this morning.
